热轧高强船板拉力分层原因分析及措施研究

【摘要】 通过对热轧高强船板拉力合格和不合格的试样进行金相、扫描等对比检验并收集相应钢板的工艺、技术参数,采用回归和方差分析等统计分析方法得出造成拉力分层的直接原因是裂纹与孔洞,根本原因是偏析;降低拉力分层比率的有效措施是降低钢种的锰含量。采取措施后拉力分层比率由8.07%降低到1.6%,并且可稳定控制在2.5%以下。
【Abstract】 Contradistinctive inspection was done between eligible and illegal tensile test sample of hot rolled high strength hull plate with metallography and SEM,and both technical and technologic parameters of each sample were gathered.With logistic and ANOVA etc.statistical methods,we can know the direct reasons causing the separation in tensile test sample are crack and hole,the basic reason is central manganese segregation.Reducing the manganese content is an effective measure,the separation ratio can be reduced from 8.07%to 1.6%,and it also can be controlled steadily below 2.5%.
