超深冲钢IF4碳含量控制的研究

【摘要】 超深冲IF钢是钢铁材料的高端产品之一。本文分析了超深冲钢IF钢的强化机理,介绍了攀钢冶炼IF4钢转炉、精炼、连铸过程中化学成分的冶炼控制技术及控制水平,对超深冲钢IF4中碳含量的控制技术进行了详细分析,为IF钢的生产提供了指导。
【Abstract】 Extra-deep drawing IF steel is one of high-end product in the iron and steel materials.Strengthening mechanism of extra-deep drawing IF steel is analysised in this paper,the chemical composition with IF steel’technology of smelting Process Control and control level would be introduced in converter steelmaking and external refining and continuous casting in Pansteel,the xtra-deep drawing IF4 steel’ control technology of carbon content would be analysised detailedly which could be guided the manufacture of extra-deep drawing IF steel.
