氧化镁基脱硫剂铁水脱硫过程的热力学分析

【摘要】 本文针对钢铁行业中所采用镁基脱硫剂的不足,提出了新型脱硫剂,并对这种新型脱硫剂进行了热力学计算和高温铁水脱硫实验研究。研究表明:白云石与铝的反应起始温度为1314℃,白云石与硅反应的起始温度为1565℃,氧化镁与铝的反应的起始温度为1475℃,氧化镁与碳反应的起始温度为1846℃,碳热还原反应条件苛刻,在铁水温度下硅还原白云石反应发生镁的分压约为0.2-0.4个大气压,铝热反应都比较容易发生;通过铁水脱硫实验,MgO加C脱硫剂脱硫效果最差,脱硫率仅为42.31%,煅白与Al反应结果最好,脱硫率达到94.31%,煅白和Si-Fe与氧化镁和Al的反应适中,脱硫率在85%以上,实验结果与热力学计算吻合。

【Abstract】 For the lack of magnesium-based desulfurizer in iron and steel industry,this paper investigated a new desulfurizer.The study on the new method included the calculation of thermodynamics and experimental study of desulfurization of hot iron.From study,the reaction temperature of light-burned dolomite and Al is 1314℃,the reaction temperature of light-burned dolomite and Si is 1565℃,the reaction temperature of MgO and Al is 1475℃, the reaction temperature of MgO and C is 1846℃,the reaction temperature of MgO and C is too high,at the hot metal temperature,the pressure of Mg vapor is 0.2-0.4atm,and the reactions of Al are both easy happenned;From hot metal experiments,the desulfurizer of MgO and C is the worst,the desulfurization efficiency is 42.31%,the results of light-burned dolomite and Al is the best,.the desulfurization efficiency is 94.31%,the results of the other desulfurizer are good,the desulfurization efficiencies are above 85%.
