BOF-RH-CC生产的超低碳钢中夹杂物的研究

【摘要】 分析和研究了BOF-RH-CC各个工序超低碳钢的T[O]和钢中的非金属夹杂物。结果表明:中间包T[0]平均含量为21.5×10-6,铸坯中的T[O]平均含量为18.9×10-6。中间包和铸坯中的主要非金属夹杂物为Al2O3-TiN的复合型夹杂物和少量较小尺寸的Al2O3夹杂物。而非稳定态浇铸对钢水质量影响非常大。
【Abstract】 The total oxygen content(T[O]) and non-metall inclusion in ultra-low carbon steel of BOF-RH-CC process have been analyzed and studied.The results indicted that the T[O]was 21.6×10-6 in the tundish and T[O]of casting billet was 18.9×10-6.The inclusion in casting billet and tundish were mainly Al2O3-TiN composite inclusion and a few of small sized Al2O3 cluster,and the effect of unsteady casting on the quality of molten steel is very serious.
