减少钢坯烧损、优化加热工艺的研究
Research of reducing the steel billets burning off and optimizing the heating process

【摘要】 本文论述了包钢高速线材生产工艺中的加热炉,对钢坯加热温度,加热时间,加热制度,氧化烧损等问题进行了分析说明。重点对公司科研课题内容攻关,提出新颖适合高线加热生产,推行先进操作法。试验测定情况对比,优化加热工艺研究活动后,钢坯氧化烧损、燃耗、产量等取得了成果和显著经济效益。
【Abstract】 this article describes reheating furnace in high speed wire rod line.Some problem have been analyzed,such as the type of reheating temperature,reheating system and the decarbonization of billet.The new right process of heating fuenace was put forwoard and the advanced operation method was applied.The examination results showed that the billet oxidation burning off and energy consumption were reduced,economical benefits was obvious.
