【摘要】 通过分析首钢烧结环冷热风余热利用情况,对热风点火和热风冷却进行了工艺改造。现场运行表明:热风点火提高了烧结点火温度,同时节省预热炉煤气消耗;热风循环冷却烧结矿,改善粒度组成,降低了返矿率。文中讨论了烧结热风利用过程中注意的问题,提出下一步余热利用的方向。更多还原
