气体燃料多孔介质燃烧的实验与数值模拟研究

【摘要】 相对于自由空间的预混气体燃烧,多孔介质燃烧是一种新型的、洁净和高效的燃烧技术。针对多孔介质燃烧技术进行了一系列实验和数值模拟研究,考察了不同参数如空气当量比、介质导热系数、辐射衰减系数等对燃烧特性的影响,尤其对火焰稳定性和回火的影响。结果表明,在目前的多孔介质材料条件下,大孔介质辐射面温度应低于1100℃,燃烧强度应不超过1200 kW/m~2;工业应用应从中低温炉开始,气体燃料也应从低热值气体燃料开始。
【Abstract】 Comparing with the traditional premixed,free-flame characterized combustion,the premixed combustion in porous media is a new-type,clean and effective technology.A series of experiments and numerical simulations are carried out for porous combustion, the effects of parameters like the equivalence ratio,the extinction coefficient and the thermal conductivity of porous media,on the combustion characteristics are investigated,specially their influences on instability and flash back are checked.The results indicate that, due to the limitations of the temperature tolerance and smaller pore construction possibility of the porous media,the temperature of the radiative surface of the bigger porous media should be less than 1100℃,the firing rate should be less than 1200;the application of porous media should start from moderate or low temperature furnaces,and the adopted gas fuel should be low heat value.
