钢坯加热过程中脱碳模拟研究

【摘要】 分析研究了钢坯加热过程中的脱碳特性,以钢坯中碳原子扩散理论为依据,推导了一维非稳态扩散微分方程的数值求解方法,建立钢坯加热过程中脱碳预测模型。以含碳量为0.6%的高速工具钢为模拟对象,结果显示,采用菲克定律建立的脱碳模型能够对钢坯表面的碳浓度分布和脱碳层厚度进行预测。本文建立的模型能够应用于加热炉二级控制系统,对钢坯脱碳过程进行实时监测,为优化加热过程,减少钢坯表层脱碳,提高产品质量奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 The forecast model of decarburization during the Billet heating process based on intensive study on decarburization characteristics,the billet carbon atoms theory of diffusion and the numerical solution equations of one-dimensional non-steady-state diffusion differential equation.Regarding 0.6%carbon high-speed tool steel as the research subject,the simulation shows that the decarburization model using Fick’s law can predicts the carbon concentration distribution on the slab surface and decarburization thickness.The model can be applied to the secondary control system of reheating furnace monitoring billet decarburization process on real-time,in order to optimize the heating process,reduce the billet surface decarburization and laid the foundation for improving product quality.
