蓄热炉内温度场、流场和压力场的影响因素分析

【摘要】 对高炉煤气在高温蓄热式加热炉中的燃烧技术,运用Fluent软件通过数值模拟进行了研究,主要分析了影响炉内温度分布、气流流动和压力分布的因素。研究结果表明:气流绝对速度越大,炉内最高温度越高;射流速度比越大,炉内的高温区域越大,炉内的温度均匀性越好;多孔交叉射流烧嘴有利于形成高温低氧的环境;增设辅助烟道可以有效解决蓄热炉炉内压力偏高且波动频繁的问题。

【Abstract】 Numerical simulation of temperature field in high temperature regenerative heating furnace was studied by using fluent software.The gas parameters influencing temperature field,flow field and pressure field were mainly analyzed.The research results are as follows:the greater the absolute rate of flow,the higher the maximum temperature of the furnace;the higher the jet velocity rate is,the wider the high temperature zone is,and the better the homogeneity of average temperature is; porous cross-jet burner contributes to the formation of the environment of high-temperature and low concentration of oxygen; vice additional furnace flue can effectively resolve the problem of high pressure and frequent fluctuations in the regenerative heating furnace.
