高级别管线钢的生产工艺特点与组织性能控制
Production Technology Characteristics and Microstructure-Property Control of High Grade Pipeline Steels

【摘要】 针对热连轧生产线、中厚板生产线与炉卷轧机生产线的装备特点,对高级别管线钢的控制轧制与控制冷却等生产工艺要点进行了阐述。对高级别管线钢(X80/X100)的工艺控制、微观组织、析出行为、再结晶行为以及加工硬化与包辛格效应等的特点进行了分析。结果表明:X80钢针状铁素体特征明显,X100钢以粒状贝氏体和针状铁素体为主,并有少量板条贝氏体;通过对高铌管线钢的再结晶规律和析出规律研究,以及析出强化的定量分析,提出了高级别管线钢的组织控制方法。另外,还针对X80/X100管线钢的包辛格效应与加工硬化行为进行了实验研究,结果表明,X80/X100管线钢的包辛格效应随预压缩变形的增大而增大,在反复变形后表现出了很强的加工硬化效果,扩径工序对最终钢管性能具有十分重要的影响。
【Abstract】 Based on the equipment characteristics of hot continous rolling prodcution line,medium and heavy plate production line and Steckel mill production line,the key points of controled rolling and cooling technology for high grade pipeline steels were illustrated.The technology control, microstructure,precipitation behaviour,recrystallization behaviour and Bauschinger effect/ work hardening behaviour of high grade pipeline steels(X80/X100) were analyzed.It is revealed that microstructure of X80 steel shows the representive characters of accicular ferrite.Despite of granular bainite and accicular ferrite,there is also some lath bainite in the microstructure of X100 steel.According to the research of recrystallization and precipitation behaviour,and the quantitative analysis of precipitation strengthening effect,the microstructure control technology were put forword.In addition,experimental study were carried out on the Bauschinger and work hardening effect of high grade pipeline steels.The results show that the Bauschinger effect increases with the increment of pre-compression.However,the materials preformed the strong work hardening effect.Therefor,the expanding process has a significant influence on the final properties of pipes.
