氨法捕集烟道气二氧化碳的研究

【摘要】 本文采用喷雾塔对氨法捕集烟道气CO2进行了实验研究,测定了氨水细喷雾吸收CO2的脱除率、体积吸收速率和体积总传质系数,研究了氨水浓度、氨水流量和模拟烟气气体流量对CO2脱除率、体积吸收速率和体积总传质系数的影响。实验结果表明,随着氨水浓度、氨水流量的升高,CO2的脱除率、体积吸收速率和体积总传质系数均增大。随着气体流量的升高,体积吸收速率和体积总传质系数增大,但CO2的脱除率明显降低。研究发现氨水浓度是影响CO2脱除率、体积吸收速率和体积总传质系数的关键因素。

【Abstract】 The absorption of CO2 into aqueous ammonia had been studied in a spray tower.The CO2 removal efficiency,the absorption rate of CO2 into aqueous ammonia and volumetric overall mass transfer coefficient of CO2 absorption into aqueous ammonia were measured.The performance of the spray tower was evaluated experimentally under various conditions to revel effects of process parameters,including concentration of ammonia,liquid flow rate and gas flow rate.The results show that the higher concentration and flow rate of the aqueous ammonia solution are beneficial to promote CO2 removal efficiency.But,the CO2 removal efficiency decreases with gas flow rate increasing.Experimental results show that the absorption rate of CO2 into aqueous ammonia increases remarkably with the ammonia concentration and the gas flow rate and also increase with the liquid flow rate.The volumetric overall mass transfer coefficient increases remarkably with the ammonia concentration and also increases with the gas flow rate and liquid flow rate.The concentration of ammonia is a key parameter that affects the CO2 removal efficiency,the absorption rate of CO2 and volumetric overall mass transfer coefficient of CO2 absorption into aqueous ammonia.
