高硅取向梯度硅钢薄板的制备及结构研究

【摘要】 本文以3.0wt%Si取向硅钢薄板为基底和模板,采用阴极离子镀技术在其表面制备出硅含量高达8.16wt%的FeSi合金膜,两者相结合从而构成了高硅取向梯度硅钢薄板。XRD及SEM分析结果表明:表层的高硅FeSi合金膜由具有BCC结构的FeSi固溶体及Fe3Si相组成,且具有与3.0wt%Si取向硅钢基底极为近似的强(110)取向;经过500℃1.5 h真空退火处理后,两者结合更为紧密,合金膜成分的均匀性得到极大改善,同时发现有纳米级Fe3Si微粒析出。电阻率测量表明该高硅FeSi合金膜的电阻率高达260μΩ·cm。

【Abstract】 Using a 3.0wt%Si grain oriented silicon steel sheet as a substrate and template,FeSi alloy coatings with about 8.16 wt%Si was deposited on its surface by cathodic arc sputtering(CAS),and then a high -silicon gradient silicon steel sheet with texture was prepared through combining both of them together.The XRD and SEM results show that the as - deposited and vacuum annealed FeSi alloy films were composed of FeSi solid solution with BCC structure and Fe3 Si,and strong (110) orientation similar to that of the substrate appeared in the coatings.SEM images reveal that the FeSi alloy coatings were composed of compact particles,and the content of the FeSi alloy coatings became more uniform and it was found that Fe3Si granules in nanometer scale were deposited from the matrix after vacuum annealed at 500℃for 1.5 h.The resistivity of the FeSi alloy coatings was as high as about 260μΩ? cm.
