DT4C电磁纯铁冷轧板的研制

【摘要】 分析了化学成分、夹杂物和晶粒尺寸因素对电磁纯铁冷轧板磁性能的影响,通过控制钢的成分和洁净度,优化轧钢工艺,并在α→γ相变温度以下较高的温度区进行热处理,显著改善冷轧板磁性能,成功开发了DT4C冷轧薄板生产工艺技术,实现了工业化稳定生产。所开发的DT4C磁性能优良,矫顽力H_c由普遍35~48 A/m降低到普遍12~28 A/m,产品DT4C牌号命中率达到85%以上。

【Abstract】 The effect of chemical component,inclusion and crystal size on the magnetic properties of magnetic iron were analyzed. In this study,the magnetic properties were markedly improved by taking such measures as controlling chemical component and purity,optimizing rolling technics,heating treatment at high temperature zone belowα—γphase - transition temperature.The manufacturing technique of the DT4C cold - rolled sheets was successfully developed and the stable industrialized production was realized.The results showed that the magnetic properties of the products was good and the products coercive force H_c decreases from widespread 35 ~ 48 A/m to widespread 12~28 A/m,the hit rate of product DT4C reaches above 85%.
