激光烧蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱技术及其应用进展
Progress of Laser Ablation Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry and Its Application

【摘要】 介绍了近10年来LA-ICP-MS的仪器新进展及其在冶金及材料分析领域的应用研究。讨论了激光系统、载气的选择、烧蚀池的优化设计等仪器方面的改进,并重点阐述了分馏效应、元素定量分析及校正方法的优化、微区与深度分析、夹杂物分析及原位统计分布分析等方面的研究进展。
【Abstract】 The recent progress in instruments and applications of laser ablation inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (LA-ICP-MS) in metallurgical and material analysis have been reviewed.The improvements in laser ablation system, carrier gas choices and opfimum design of laser ablation chamber are discussed.The fractionation research,quantitative analysis and optimization of correction method,micro-zone and depth analysis,inclusion analysis and original statistic distribution analysis are emphasized especially.
