【摘要】 本文介绍了鞍钢1450冷轧机组过滤平床系统。平床系统作为连轧机组乳化液冷却系统的重要组成部分,是保证乳液品质的关键环节。平床系统在鞍钢1450冷轧线建设之前,其硬件设备和控制软件全部由国外引进,作者通过对全套国外设备功能的分析,自主创新了可实现相同功能的控制软件。本文中,作者详细的对平床系统进行了工作原理分析,并且介绍了自主编程设计的主要部分。作者通过程序的创新,达到了优化原有逻辑控制的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper explains the 1450 Mill filter system of Angang Steel Co.,Ltd.,Filter system is the most important part in the tandem line.It is the key procedure to guarantee the emultion quality.The hardware and control software of filter system before 1450 Mill were entirely imported abroad.Through function analysis of the imported equipments,the author independently invented a control software system performing the same function.The detailed analysis on the operational principles of the filter system and the main body of the program are demonstrated here.A logical design is achieved through the author’s innovation on programming.更多还原
