高压氧气输送管网仿真分析
Simulation Analysis of High-pressure Oxygen Pipeline Network

【摘要】 分析了钢铁企业转炉炼钢输氧管网特点,使用MATLAB软件对转炉吹炼时的输氧管网动态特性进行了仿真模拟。计算结果显示,高压输气管网的压力波动与球罐群的位置和球罐数量有关。在本文的算例中,当球罐群距进炼钢车间氧气管路调压阀距离为500 m与2000 m相比,球罐群近距离安装时氧压机的排气压力仅增加0.1 MPa,而调压阀前压力最低值提高了0.3 MPa;当球罐数量增加后,氧压机排气压力波动变小,调压阀前压力最低值提高了0.1 MPa。因此合理选择球罐安装位置和球罐数可以降低氧压机能耗。
【Abstract】 Based on the characteristic of the oxygen pipeline network for converter steelmaking in the iron and steel enterprises, the dynamic characteristic of oxygen pipeline network(or converter is simulated by MATLAB.The results show that the pressure fluctuation of high - pressure oxygen pipeline network is related with the location and quantity of the spherical tanks.In the example of considering the distance between the spherical tanks and the oxygen pressure regulating valve through which the oxygen flows into the converter,comparing 500 m with 2000 m,the discharge pressure of the oxygen compressor increases by 0.1 MPa,while the minimum oxygen pressure before the regulating valve increases by 0.3 MPa.When the amount of spherical tanks is increased,the fluctuation of the discharge pressure of the oxygen compressor becomes smaller, and the minimum pressure before regulating valve is increasing by 0.1 MPa.Therefore,the energy consumption of the oxygen compressor can be reduced by selecting reasonably the installation location and the amount oi spherical tanks.
