GCr15钢管外折叠缺陷成因的检测研究

【摘要】 通过金相观察和扫描电镜的实验方法,对GCr15钢管外折叠缺陷处的微观组织以及脱碳层和非金属夹杂物的特性进行了检测分析,分析结果说明折叠根部脱碳层较严重并存在大尺寸B类Al2O3夹杂物等。分析结果表明穿管前管坯的裂纹缺陷以及内部大尺寸非金属夹杂物是产生钢管外折叠缺陷的重要原因。
【Abstract】 By experiment analysis including metallographic examination and SEM,researching on the sample from the outer folder defect location of the GCr15 tube,the decarburized depth and large-size non-metallic inclusions had been detected. The test result shows that there are serious decaburation and large-sized Al2O3 inclusions within the outer folder.The crack defect on the surface of the original round bar and large-size Al2O3 inclusions are the main reason for the outer folder occurring during hot tube piercing.
