坯料温降过程中低碳贝氏体钢硫化物的析出行为

【摘要】 低碳贝氏体钢钢锭加热到1450℃均热1 h后分别空冷到1200℃淬火、800℃淬火,将淬火与未淬火样进行了TEM观察,1200℃淬火时,主要是氧化物析出,复合很少量的硫化物和氮化物;800℃淬火析出物有分别以MnS、CuxS、富单质Cu为主,复合少量TiN的三种复合析出物,析出物颗粒较大;钢锭中的硫化物析出相基本为CuS,复合少量MnS、(Ti,Nb)(C,N),析出物颗粒细小。
【Abstract】 The bloom of Bainite Steel was solution-heated at 1450℃and isothermally aged for 1h;and cooled in air, quenched respectively at 1200℃、800℃.The specimen is observed by TEM.The result show that the oxide is found in specimen quenched at 1200℃,MnS、Cu_xS.is mainly precipitated in specimen quenched at 800℃In bloom,CuS is basically precipitated companied with little MnS and(Ti,Nb)(C,N).
