高抗挤套管用钢热加工工艺的模拟研究

【摘要】 110 ksi级别的高抗挤毁套管用钢,测试了液固相线温度、高温力学特性-温度曲线,分析了高温塑性状态随温度变化的机理,并分析了利于连铸和穿孔变形的热加工工艺窗口。结果表明:该钢的凝固温度区间为1485.9~1482.2℃,建议该钢宜在1510~1520℃(过热度25~35℃)的温度下浇铸。当变形温度从950℃经900℃降低到850℃时,钢的热塑性从96.4%迅速降低到67.4%和36.9%。当变形温度从1300℃经1250℃降低到1200℃时,因晶界变形能力提高,热塑性从69.3%经85.3%恢复到98.8%,而相应的峰值流变应力仅略有增加,据此建议穿孔初始温度设定在1200℃,以防止轧制内折;在1200~950℃温度区间,因发生完全动态再结晶,热塑性均维持在95%以上,适合于穿孔和轧管变形。
【Abstract】 The liquidus-solidus temperature interval of High Collapse Casing Steel was measured,and the hot mechanical properties were determined too.It is shown that the solidification melts occurred from 1485.9 to 1482.2℃,and thus the casting starting temperature is from 1510 to 1520℃.Also as a result,the hot ductility degraded from 96.4%to 67.4%,and further pronouncedly to 36.9%while the tensile temperature decreased from 950℃to 900℃and 850℃.The casting straightening temperature should be higher than 900℃.It is indicated that the hot ductility remained getting better with the temperature from 1300℃to 1200℃where a perfect recovery of hot ductility occured,i.e.from 69.3%to 98.8%,while the maximum flow stress was elevated in very limited level.It is suggested that the piercing iniating is 1200℃to avoid rolling -induced innor fold formation.In the temperature from 1200~950℃,because of complete dynamic crystallization, TP110TT steel has a high level of ductility mor than 95%which is suitable for the piercing and rolling process.
