【摘要】 在深入了解和分析超深复杂井中套管的服役工况和受力特点的基础上,结合以前典型的套管失效案例分析,设计了超深复杂井用套管TP140V的各项性能指标。在多年科研开发成果的基础上,结合天津钢管的实际装备情况设计了专用钢种和制定了生产工艺和主要工艺措施。实际生产出来的套管各项性能指标完全满足设计要求,在通过中石油管材研究所的全面评价试验后,首先在中石油塔里木油田超深复杂井中试用,试用取得成功后,在国内外各大油田推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on deeply understanding and analyzing of serving conditions and loading features of oil casing used in ultra deep and complex well,combined with the former analysis of classical invalidation case of pipe used in ultra deep and complex well,various property standards of TP140V casing were designed.Based on the results of research and development for several years,combined with the actual level of TPCO equipments,appropriative steel was designed and producing technology was formulated.Actual properties of production totally meet the designing requirements.TP140V pipe was first applied in ultra deep and complex well in Tarim Basin oil field of Petro China Company Limited after passing the evaluate test of TGRC.With the success of trial,TP140V was widely popularized in oil fields at home and abroad.更多还原
