超深井用V150级高强高韧套管开发

【摘要】 超深井由于井下高温高压环境,对油井管的强度、韧性等使用性能有特殊要求。本论文介绍了开发的目前在石油天然气勘探开发领域国内外批量应用最高强度材料之一的V150套管,其材料的屈服强度达到1034~1140 MPa,同时纵向冲击功不低于120J、横向冲击功不低于85 J。研究了与高强度高韧性套管生产相关的纯净钢冶炼和连铸技术、夹杂物变性技术、高韧性套管材料的热处理技术及强韧化机理研究并介绍了新产品生产工艺和各项性能等。
【Abstract】 For the underground environment with high temperature and high pressure,There are special requirements for ultra -deep oil well pipes of strength,toughness,etc.This paper describes one of the highest strength material casing V150 used in the development of the current oil and gas exploration,yield strength from 1034 MPa to 1140 MPa,Charpy-V-Notch lognitudinal impact energy at 0℃higher than 120 J and Charpy-V-Notch transverse impact energy at 0℃higher than 85 J.The paper studied clean steel production associated smelting and casting technology,inclusion modification technology,the heat treatment of high strength and high toughness casing materials and introduced new products,production processes and the performance and so on.
