【摘要】 针对200 mm×200 mm连铸方坯连轧φ100 mm 20CrMnTi圆钢工艺过程进行三维热力耦合有限元模拟仿真。考虑圆角区域塑性应变较大,在建模时对断面采用网格偏差划分方法并细分圆角区域单元。模拟定量地分析了20CrMnTi圆钢连轧过程应力场、应变场和温度分布及轧制力和轧制力矩变化以及圆角位置容易产生轧制裂纹的原因。将各道次断面尺寸实测值与模拟值比较,说明了本文有限元模拟方法的正确性。

【Abstract】 FEM simulation was used to simulate theφ100 mm 42CrMo steel continuous rolling from 200 mm×200 mm square casting billet,in which the bias meshing method of FEM and finer elements for the cross area and the corner region respectively were applied.The stress,strain and temperature distribution as well as rolling force and torque were simulated, from which the cause for rolling crack defect for alloy steel was analysed.The agreement between the tested and simulated values for the final rolled dimensions supports the reasonable simulation method.
