【摘要】 工字钢腰部、腿部的均匀延伸是实现工字钢连轧工艺的关键技术,为解决该技术问题提出了一种新的工字钢腰部、腿部的划分方法;利用VB 6.0语言编程实现了连轧工字钢的计算机辅助孔型优化设计。工字钢的腰部、腿部均匀延伸,可以减小腰部、腿部之间的残余应力,保证连续轧制的正常进行,为工字钢的连轧提供了一种新的孔型设计方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Uniform extension of I-beam’s waist and leg position is key technology in I-beam steel continuous rolling process.To solve this problem,new division methods of I-beam’s waist and leg have been took into discussed.VB 6.0 language programmed realized the optimized design process of I-beam’s waist and leg with mix mum stretch coefficient difference between them.The unique extension of I-beam’s waist and leg can reduce remains stress in them which can also ensure continuous rolling normally and meanwhile provide new method to I-beam’s tandem rolling.更多还原
