薄板坯连铸结晶器流场与液位波动不稳定性的模拟研究

【摘要】 薄板坯结晶器内部的紊流流动与液位波动对铸坯质量有重要意义。本文开发了连铸结晶器流场大涡模拟分析软件VCASTⅡ。采用控制容积法与SIMPLER方法对控制守恒方程在非均匀交错网格系统中离散、求解。采用大涡模拟分析紊流流场特征。同时进行了薄板坯连铸结晶器流场和液位波动的水模拟实验。模拟计算的回流区大小、涡心与撞击点位置等结晶器流场特征与水模拟试验实测结果吻合得较好。

【Abstract】 Unsteady fluid flow and level fluctuation in CSP(compact strip production) mould have a significant influence on the steel products quality.A code,Visual CastⅡ,has been developed and used to analyze the phenomena concerning fluid flow and free surface.The SIMPLER algorithm was used to solve the fluid flow governing equations.The transient flow features were analyzed using large eddy simulation(LES) with the Smagorinsky SGS model.A series of watering experiments on fluid flow and surface wave in the thin slab continuous casting mould were performed.The numerical results of fluid region,cores of vortices and surface wave agree with the water experiment results well.
