矩形坯轻压下过程应力应变分布的有限元模拟
FEM Simulation for Soft Reduction in Rectangular Bloom Continuous Casting

【摘要】 应用MSC.Marc有限元软件对轴承钢矩形坯轻压下过程应力应变进行模拟研究。结果表明:轻压下过程中矩形坯截面的等效塑性应变在坯壳Y向呈上升趋势,Z向呈下降趋势,液芯则为0;等效应力在坯壳Y向先下降中间水平后上升,Z向开始水平后来上升,液芯的等效应力为350 MPa左右,明显高于坯壳;液芯和坯壳交界点的等效塑性应变及等效应力介于二者之间。研究结果为防止铸坯内裂及实际轻压下工艺的制定提供了参考。
【Abstract】 Based on MSC.Marc FEM,the distributions of equivalent plastic strain and equivalent von mises stress were simulated during the soft reduction process in rectangular bloom continuous casting of bearing steels.The results showed that the equivalent plastic strain increases along the Y direction in the billet shell,but decreases along the Z direction,and the strain is zero in the liquid core;the equivalent von mises stress decreases firstly,and have no change in the middle,then increases along the Y direction in the billet shell,but have no change in the beginning,then increases along the Z direction, and the stress is around 350 MPa in the liquid core,much higher than the stress of the billet shell;the equivalent plastic strain and equivalent von mises stress at the junction point between the liquid core and shell are in the range of these two mentioned above.The simulation results supplies a reasonable base for preventing the internal crack in real production.
