CaO-Al2O3-MgO渣系低熔点区熔化性能的实验研究

【摘要】 为了探索可满足渣金间外加电场脱氧的合理基础渣系,通过半球点测试仪、DSC对CaO-Al2O3-MgO渣系低熔点区的熔化温度和熔化热焓进行了研究。结果表明,MgO含量及R值对熔渣熔化性能的影响是极为显著的。在ω(CaO)/ω(Al2O3)=1时,MgO含量在3%~8%范围内,能显著改善熔渣的物化性能,过量的MgO会急剧恶化熔渣的熔化性能。在MgO含量为5.5%时,R值在0.9~1.0范围内,熔渣具有较好的熔化性能,R值过大同样会恶化熔渣的熔化性能。液相线温度与半球点温度相接近,变化趋势也基本一致。液相线温度也可以来表征熔渣的熔点。

【Abstract】 In this paper,the melting temperature and melting enthalpy of selected CaO-Al2O3-MgO slag system with lowmelting -point zone were investigated by a melting point testing instrument and DSC thermal analyzer to explore a reasonable slag system for the requirement of unpolluted deoxidization between molten steel and slag.The results indicated that both the MgO content and R value(R=w(CaO)/w(Al2O3)) had obvious influence on the melting properties of the slag.When R was 1 and the MgO content was in the range from 3%to 8%,the melting properties of the slag were suitable for that technique.However,the melting properties dramatically deteriorated with the increasing of the MgO content.The melting properties of the slag were suitable when the MgO content was 5.5%and R was in the range from 0.9 to 1.0,but the properties also had a sharp deterioration with the increasing of the R value.The liquidus temperature was close to the hemisphere melting point of slag,and they had the same trend,so it is reasonable to characterize the melting temperature of the slag by the liquidus temperature.
