高强含铌船板钢二冷配水优化研究

【摘要】 通过对高强含铌船板钢高温应力应变测试及试样断口形貌分析,得到该钢种第三脆性温度区间为600~1000℃,通过对该钢种二冷配水进行优化,使铸坯矫直前表面温度达到1000℃以上,可有效减少表面横裂。
【Abstract】 Through high temperature stress-strain tests and fracture morphology of the sample analysis,we founded the third brittle temperature rang of the high-strength Nb ship plate steel is 600~1000℃.When the slab surface temperature reached above 1000℃before straightening by optimizing the secondary cooling water distribution,the transverse surface cracking of the slab can be remarkably decreased.
