钢铁厂氧化铁鳞煤基直接还原实验研究

【摘要】 采用煤基直接还原工艺来进行钢铁厂含铁废弃物的再利用,不仅消除工业废弃物污染、实现清洁生产,还可有效提升钢铁厂综合能力和经济效益。针对邯钢氧化铁鳞内配煤直接还原粒铁进行实验研究,在1400~1450℃可以直接得到金属铁粒或铁块,金属铁平均收得率达到95.92%,铁的金属化率接近100%;消石灰的加入对还原产物的性状、渣铁分离和脱硫有重要影响;当内配煤团块碱度R=1.84(反应后炉渣碱度R>2.20)时,脱硫效果最好,直接还原总脱硫率达到93.37%,其中60.52%通过炉渣脱除,还原得到的金属铁的硫含量小于0.03%,完全可以代替废钢进转炉冶炼。
【Abstract】 Recycling of ferro-waste through coal-based direct reduction process not only can eliminates industrial waste pollution, reaches clean production,but also improve comprehensive abilities and economic benefits of steel plants.The direct reduction experiment of iron scale of Handan Steel by adding coal was carried out,it was found that metallic iron particle or big iron was gained,average yield of metallic iron was up to 95.92%,and the percentage metallization approached to 100%;hydrated lime had important effect on character of reduction product,separation of slag and iron and desulfurization; it was also found that when the basicity is 1.84(the basicity of reduced slag is more than 2.20),the desulphurization effect is optimal and best,totally 93.37%of the sulfur was removed by direct reduction,60.52%of that was removed by slag,and the sulfur content of the metallic iron after reduction was lower than 0.03%,so the metallic iron after reduction could completely replace waste scrap for converter smelting.
