高碱度烧结矿显微结构与低温还原粉化的关系

【摘要】 采用岩相分析方法,研究了高碱度烧结矿还原前后试样的显微结构特征,重点分析了烧结矿中赤铁矿的分布状况以及还原后的显微结构变化。结果表明:不同分布状况的赤铁矿对还原粉化影响不同,当赤铁矿呈团聚集或分布于气孔周边时,赤铁矿更易使烧结矿还原后产生裂纹,还原粉化严重;原生赤铁矿颗粒还原后形成大量裂纹,对还原粉化有明显的影响。

【Abstract】 By the petrographic analytical methods,this study compared the microstructural characteristics of the high basicity sinter samples before and after reduction.The study focused on the analysis of hematite distribution in the sinters and microstructural changes after they are reduced.The analyses revealed that hematite distribution patterns have different impact during the sinter reduction disintegration,many more cracks in sinter samples were came into being so that more severe reduction disintegration when hematite was gathered,or distributed around the pore.The primary hematite forms a massive fissures after reduction which shows apparent impact on the reduction disintegration.
