2250 CVC热连轧机工作辊辊形改进研究与应用

【摘要】 通过工业生产轧制实践和测试分析发现2250热连轧机CVC工作辊窜辊行程利用率低、窜辊分布曲线中心偏移,以及CVC工作辊磨损严重且不均匀问题。通过建立CVC辊形设计数学模型,结合现场实际应用情况提出了改进的2250 CVC辊形曲线,并给出了改进CVC辊形曲线的不同宽度带钢辊缝凸度调节能力。在武钢2250热连轧机下游F5架采用改进的CVC辊形曲线进行工业轧制实验,取得了CVC轧辊窜辊行程利用更充分、磨损更均匀化的明显效果,现已成功投入2250热连轧机生产实际应用。
【Abstract】 During rolling operation and test,some problem of 2250 hot strip mills has been founded,for example, the shifting stroke of the CVC work rolls couldn’t be shifted well enough,the central position of shifting stroke is deviated and the work rolls is wom very badly and non-uniformly.The mathematic model for CVC roll contour is developed.The optimized work roll contours and its performance of crown controllability are put forward with the rolling operation of the production mills and were applied to downstream stand F5 of 1700 hot strip mill at WISCO for test.The results were that the percentage of shifting stroke for optimized CVC work roll was increased from 66%to 80%,the wear of optimized CVC work roll is more uniform.After that,the optimized CVC work roll has applied to the 2250 hot strip mills successfully.
