50T钢包吹氩的物理模拟研究

【摘要】 在相似原理的基础上,针对莱芜钢铁公司特钢厂50T钢包,建立1:3的水力学模型。采用电导率法测定钢包内的混匀实验以分析不同吹位、吹气量对钢包内流体流动以及卷渣情况的影响。研究表明:随着喷吹气量的增加,混匀时间减少,但当气量>200L/min后,减小效果减弱,且易于发生卷渣;双嘴喷吹的搅拌效果要优于单嘴喷吹,根据实验结果推荐最佳工艺为,喷嘴布置方式为180~0对称分布,喷嘴与中心间距为0.5R~0.66R之间,吹气量控制在150L/min~200 L/min。
【Abstract】 Based on the similar principle,a 1:3 water mould which is similar to a 50T ladle has been made.The mixing time measured by conductive method to analysis the flow of the steel and the slag entrapment caused by the positions of the argon blowing,the flux the argon.Results shows that the mixing time deceased with the increasing the flux of argon,but when argon flow rate more than 200 L/min,if further increasing the flux of argon the decreasing tendency of the mixing time fall off and slag is easy to get into steel;two argon blowing under the ladle is better than one argon blowing;Based on the results,the best process was that the argon blowing positions are 1/2R~2/3R to the center under the ladle and 180°,the argon flow rate should be control between 150 L/min~200 L/min.
