【摘要】 对06Cr13出现热轧严重边裂缺陷进行进行组织检测分析,经王水腐蚀后发现裂纹特点:一是裂纹处组织有明显的变形流线,这些变形流线与裂纹的扩展方向一致;二是裂纹开口处与裂纹尾端氧化程度不同,裂纹开口处氧化严重,尾端氧化轻微;三是有的裂纹处组织完全是马氏体,且马氏体晶粒粗大。更多还原

【Abstract】 06Cr13 Hot-rolled stainless steel strip appear serious edge crack,for find the reason determine microstructure analysis.By aqua reqiu corrosion find three feature of microstruture,Deformation flow line in the crack microstructure,the direction of Deformation flow with the same the direction of crack expansion;Oxidation degree of Crack is different,the crack in openning is serious,the crack in end is minor;the microstructure in the crack is martensite,the size is tick.through microstructure analysis we find that the subcutaneous crack in continuous casting slab caused edge crack of 06Cr13 hot-rolled stainless steel strip.更多还原
