水电站用高强度压力钢管用钢的研制开发

【摘要】 介绍了首钢水电用钢的研制开发过程。采用TMCP+回火工艺,成功生产出供水电站用高强钢SG610CFD。SG610CFD采用Nb、V、Ti复合处理,试制钢板回火后屈服强度570~590MPa,抗拉强度670~700MPa,-20℃低温横向冲击功均大于200J。钢板成分设计、工艺路线合理,性能优异。
【Abstract】 The research process of high-strength steel penstocks for hydropower station in Shougang was described,and the SG610CFD was successfully exploited by TMCP and tempering technology.The steel plates’ composition was designed to contain Nb,V,Ti.The yield and tensile strength of tempered steel plates are 570~590MPa and 670~700MPa respectively.The transversal low-temperatrue impact at -20℃is over 200J.It is found that SG610CFD steel plates exploited have reasonable composition,processing steps,and excellent performance.
