浓水室充填树脂浓淡水逆流电去离子技术研究

【摘要】 本文提出了浓水室充填阴、阳混合离子交换树脂,浓水与淡水逆流的方式电去离子的技术方案。与其它已有的电去离子的方法比较,本技术方案具有耗电量低,吨水仅耗0.026kwh,最佳运行电压为64V,运行电流为1.2A,浓水不需加盐,而产品水的电阻可高达18MΩ和浓水室的阴膜表面不易结垢等优点,给电离子技术可全面推广应用创造了条件。
【Abstract】 This paper put forward a technical scheme of electric deionization(EDI).It based on mixed exchange resins of anion and cation filling in concentrated water chamber and downstream flow of concentrated and fresh water.Compared with other EDI methods,the technical program has many advantages,such as low power consumption,0.026kwh for tons of water consumption,64V for the best operating voltage,1.2A for the operating current,concentrated water without salt,product water resistivity up to 18MΩand low scaling on the surface of anion-exchange membrane in concentrated water chamber.The technical program promote the use of EDI technology to create comprehensive conditions.
