气泡在不互溶两相流体界面行为的数值模拟
Numerical simulation of the gas bubble behavior in the immiscible two-phase fluid interface

【摘要】 基于水平集法(level set method),提出了一种处理三相流问题的计算方法。利用该算法计算了钢一渣一气三相流条件下气泡在钢渣界面的行为,考察了不同大小的气泡穿过钢渣界面时的拓扑变化以及导致钢渣界面流场的变化,初步分析了大气泡对卷渣的影响。
【Abstract】 A new method based on the level set method was proposed for simulation the three-phase flow problems,with which the gas bubble behavior in the slag-steel interface was calculated,the infuence of bubble size on the bubble deformation during the floating process was analyzed,and its impact on the fluid velocity in the steel-slag interface was calculated.The effect of large gas bubble on the slag entrapment was analyzed briefly.
