溶胶-凝胶法制备的硅基红色发光材料中敏化发光和能量传递

【摘要】 通过溶胶-凝胶技术制备了以稀土离子Eu3+为激活剂的硅基发光材料,并通过Na2WO4的掺杂考察了其对体系发光性能的影响。主要研究了三维荧光光谱,荧光激发光谱和发射光谱,分析探讨了Na2WO4的掺入对发光中心Eu3+发光性质的影响,并通过能级图、位形坐标图和敏化过程示意图等理论结合图对这个影响的原因进行了进一步的说明和探讨。
【Abstract】 Eu3+ doped silica materials were prepared by sol-gel method and the effects of luminescence properties when doping Na2WO4 to the system were investigated.The luminescence properties of the material were measured by the three dimensional spectra, emission spectrum and excitation spectrum.The energy transfer during the activator and WO42- ion were explained by level chart,configuration coordinate diagram and diagram of sensitization effect.
