铝基稀土复合絮凝剂的制备及表征
Synthesis and Characterization of Aluminum Based Rare Earth Composite Flocculant

【摘要】 以铝粉、AlCl3·6H2O、稀土氯化物、稀土硝酸盐和蒸馏水为原料,通过调整原料配比、反应温度和陈化时间,经蒸发、结晶制备了一种高Al13含量的PAC和两种新型铝基稀土复合絮凝剂,分别采用粉末XRD法和化学分析法对产物进行了表征.分析结果表明,自制PAC组成为5AlCl3·8Al(OH)3·37.5H2O(以下简记为Al13)和AlCl3·6H2O,新型铝基稀土复合絮凝剂的组成中除Al13和AlCl3·6H2O外,还有原料稀土化合物,稀土化合物的加入对于絮凝剂中聚铝的化学组成基本没有影响,但对其结晶过程和结构有一定影响.
【Abstract】 A kind of high Al13 content PAC and two new rare earth composite polyaluminum flocculants have been made with aluminum powder,aluminum chloride and distilled water. According to adjusting configuration of raw materials,the reaction temperature and the aging time,after evaporating and crystallizing,the polyaluminum acquired.The polyaluminum chloride is characterized by means of XRD,chemical analysis.The results show the composition of PAC is 5 AlCl3·8Al(OH)3·37.5H2O and AlCl3 6H2O,and the composition of the new Rare Earth composite polyaluminum flocculants is 5 AlCl3·8Al(OH)3·37.5H2O,AlCl3 6H2O and raw material rare earth compound,the addition of rare earth compound has no influence on the chemistry composing of polyaluminum form of the flocculants but has some influence on the crystal process and structure of the polyaluminum flocculants.
