壳聚糖/胍盐接枝共聚物的合成及抑菌性能测试

【摘要】 以硝酸铈铵为氧化还原引发剂,在氮气保护下,采用原位自由基聚合的方法研究了壳聚糖(CTS)与盐酸聚六亚甲基胍盐(PHGH)在冰乙酸溶液中的接枝共聚反应,制备出具有较好抗菌性能的CTS/PHGH抗菌材料。重点考察了壳聚糖胍盐衍生物对真菌(白色念珠菌)、革兰氏阳性菌(金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌)和革兰氏阴性菌(大肠杆菌)的抗菌过程及溶血性实验。实验结果表明壳聚糖胍盐衍生物可在短时间内迅速降低溶液中真菌与细菌的活菌量,其中对白色念珠菌的抑菌效果最佳,并且测定了其对真菌与细菌的最低抑菌浓度。
【Abstract】 Grafting guanidine polymer(PHGH) onto chitosan was conducted via in situ free-radical polymerization using ceric ammonium nitrate(CAN) as an initiator in the acetic acid solution under nitrogen atmosphere,which had better antibacterial.The process of antibacterial and hemolysis were be reviewed for the fungal(Candida albicans)、the gram positive(Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis) and gram negative(Escherichia coli).The results showed that it could decrease the amount of bacteria and fungal in short time,and Candida albicans had the best antibacterial.At the same time,The minimalinhibitory concentration(MIC).
