中贫氧化矿微波磁化焙烧-磁选工艺研究
Study on Process of Microwave Magnetizing Roast plus Magnetic Separation for Medium-low Grade oxidized Ores Containing Hematite

【摘要】 采用微波碳热还原技术,对白云鄂博中贫氧化矿进行磁化焙烧,研究了微波焙烧温度、配碳量、保温时间对其磁化率及磁选效果的影响规律。结果发现:在650℃、0.5%配碳量、焙烧10min的条件下矿物的还原效果最佳,其磁化率为2.36,接近理论值。由于矿粉高温下有烧结现象,570℃焙烧矿磁选精矿的品位最高。精矿经再磨再选,可获得品位65%、回收率58.6%,或品位63%、回收率72.8%的铁精矿。铁精矿中P、S、SiO2、K2O含量较低,基本达到炼铁入炉要求,稀土在尾矿中富集2倍多。
【Abstract】 In present article,microwave-assisted magnetizing roast plus magnetic separation was carried out upon Baiyunebo medium-low grade oxidized ores containing hematite.The effects of sintering temperature,carbon content,sintering time on the reduction and magnetic separation effect were investigated.The results show that in the case of roast temperature of 650℃,carbon content of 0.5%and sintering time of 10 minute,the best magnetisability 2.36 can be obtained, near to the theoretical value 2.33.But owing to powder sintering at high temperatuer,the best magnetic separation efficiency occurs for the sintered ore at 570℃,instead of 650℃.For this concentrate,a further ball-milling plus magnetic separation produces two kind of final concentrate,one is in grade 65%and recovery 58.6%,the other is in grade 63%and recovery 72.8%.In this two concentrates,the content of impurity elements S,P,K,Sietc.is so low as to meet the require of iron-smelting,while the rare earth is found enriched up to twice and more in the resulting tailings.
