高炉内烧结矿与块矿高温交互反应机理的研究

【摘要】 本文在研究单一炉料和混合炉料的软化特征基础上,着重考察了天然块矿与高碱度烧结矿在高炉高温区的交互反应现象,并对其反应机理和影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:天然块矿与烧结矿在高炉高温区存在着复杂的交互反应,其结果能够明显改善块矿自身的软熔特性,反应的主要产物为CaFeSiO4,且除温度外,反应还受含铁炉料的化学成分、微观结构、冶金性能等因素影响。这一研究结果为高炉炉料结构的优化提供理论基础和技术依据。

【Abstract】 Through studying the softening properties of the lump ores,sinter and the mixed burden respectively in the laboratory,the interaction between natural lump ores and sinter were investigated.In the meantime,the reaction mechanism and influence factors were analyzed.The results showed that self-softening properties of the lump ores were dramatically improved by interaction between sinters and lump ores.The main gangue resultant of the interaction was CaFeSiO4,and temperature,chemical composition,micromechanism and metallurgical properties of the lump ores all had effects on the interaction.This research would supply theoretical basis and technical support for optimizing burden structure in blast furnace.
