CaF2和B2O3对结晶器保护渣物理性能影响的对比研究

【摘要】 本研究选用B2O3作为含氟渣中CaF2的替代物,在保证二者具有相近粘度和熔化性温度的基础上,选择了Na2O含量为5%,CaF2含量为15%的含氟结晶器保护渣与Na2O含量为8%,B2O3含量为6%的无氟结晶器保护渣作为对比对象,研究了上述两种渣样的结晶温度、结晶能力及对结晶器控制传热的影响,为解决无氟保护渣准确控制传热问题提供基础信息和理论依据。
【Abstract】 B2O3 was selected as the substitute for CaF2 in the study.The fluorine-containing powder in which Na2O is 5% and CaF2 is 15%and the free-fluoride powder in which Na2O is 8%and B2O3 is 6%were determined as the research object. Then the crystallization temperature,crystallization capacity and the influence to controlling of heat transfer of above mentioned powder were studied.The purpose of the research is to provide the fundamental information and theoretical basis to controlling of heat transfer for the free-fluoride casting powder.
