120t精炼钢包底吹氩物理模拟

【摘要】 以120t精炼钢包为原型,利用相似原理建立了钢包的物理模拟系统,模拟钢包底吹氩工艺。通过测定不同的底吹条件对钢包混匀时间的影响,确定120t钢包底部透气砖位置和底吹工艺。研究发现在小的底吹气量下,单透气砖的混匀时间比双透气砖的短,而在大的底吹气量下,单透气砖和双透气砖的混匀时间很接近。近距离的双透气砖比远距离的双透气砖搅拌钢液的效果好,靠近钢包壁布置透气砖不利于底吹气体搅拌钢液。
【Abstract】 A physical modeling system was set up from the similarity theory for the bottom blowing argon process in a 120t ladle.The influence of different bottom blowing conditions on the complete mixing time in the ladle was measured.The plug positions and bottom blowing parameters were determined from the measurement.It is found that the complete mixing time with single plug is shorter than that with double plugs at low bottom gas flow rate,while at large bottom gas flow rate their mixing times are almost the same.The effect of stirring for double plugs with short distance is better than that with long distance in the ladle.Plug locations near to ladle wall are not favorable to molten steel stirring with bottom blowing gas.
