埋铜管式铸铜冷却壁与合金化管铸铁冷却壁的应用研究

【摘要】 本文采用热态实验数据分析埋铜管式铸铜冷却壁与合金化管铸铁冷却壁的冷却能力,指出两种冷却壁的优势(与普通铜冷却壁、铸铁冷却壁比较),计算它们承受的最大热负荷。利用热态实验数据确定温度场和应力场的物性参数,建立数学模型,计算高炉工况下冷却壁的安装方式以及变形趋势,指出两种冷却壁在高炉上的最佳使用区域和科学的安装方式。以目前各大钢厂使用的情况说明两种冷却壁的使用效果。
【Abstract】 Use of thermal analysis of experimental data with regard to the cooling capacity of Buried copper-type cast copper stave and Alloy pipe Hanging Slag Cast-iron Cooling Stave.They calculated the maximum heat load to bear.Use of thermal analysis of experimental data to determine the temperature field and stress field in the physical parameter.Set up a mathematical model. Calculation of blast furnace operating conditions the cooling wall installation as well as deformation of the trend.The two kinds of cooling stave were pointed out the best use of regional and scientific installation.At present,the instructions for use of two kinds of cooling stave use results in major steel.
