一种高效低污染燃气燃烧器及其燃烧特性分析

【摘要】 工业燃烧过程中,燃烧器起着极其重要的作用,开发先进的燃烧装置,对提高能源利用率以及环境保护有重大意义。本文简单介绍了自行设计的燃气燃烧器的结构特点,并通过实验研究,分析了其燃烧性能。结果表明,该燃烧器性能稳定,燃料基本完全燃烧,烟道气中可燃性成分的含量不超过60ppm,炉膛内温度分布相对均匀,温度偏差不超过30℃,满足高效燃烧的要求;烟气中NO_x的含量平均不超过60ppm,远低于国家NO_x排放标准的要求。
【Abstract】 Burner plays very important role in the combustion process of the industrial furnace.It is necessary to develop advanced combustors to raise the utilization of energy sources and control pollution.In mis paper,a set of experimental facility was built,and a series of experiments were carried out to analyze the combustion performance of the new type gas fired burner.Results show that the flame of the new type burner is steady,and the fuel is almost burned completely.The temperature distribution of the experimental furnace is uniformity.The NO_X in the flue is no more than 60ppm,which is lower than that of national NO_X exhaustion standard.It indicates that the burner can efficiently control the combustion pollution.
