【摘要】 本文利用商业软件CFX4.4分别对铜质金属蓄热体和陶瓷蓄热体的热工性能进行了模拟计算,得出在相同工况下,两种蓄热体的差别,并进一步验证了蓄热体各参数间的变化规律。研究结果揭示了采用铜质金属蓄热体应用于蓄热式钢包烘烤器,有其一定的应用价值和可行性,本文对金属蓄热体以后在实际中的应用具有指导意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text calculated the thermal characteristics of the copper regenerator and the pottery regenerator with the software of CFX4.4.And under the same conditions,compared the two difference regenerators,prove regenerator’s change law of every parameter further.The result of study has announced that adopts the copper regenerator to be applied to the regenerative ladle baking facilities,has certain using value and is feasible,this text has guidance of casting production of copper regenerator.更多还原
