孔洞式热滑道的研制与应用

【摘要】 介绍了一种用于轧钢厂连续式加热炉中的新型滑道。该滑道改变了二十世纪70年代以来国内外传统的设计理念,有效地解决了由于传统滑道的吸热、遮蔽作用而引起的钢坯加热温度不均匀,造成加热炉生产效率低、燃料消耗高等一系列问题,并详细阐述了这种滑道的设计思想、结构特点和工作原理。生产实践结果表明:这种新型滑道设计结构新颖、节能效果显著,现场施工简单,使用稳定可靠,适用范围广,是贯彻落实精品化战略,改变钢铁企业经济增长方式,替代传统滑道的理想产品,具有普遍推广意义。
【Abstract】 A sort of new style kid design for continuous rolling mill reheating furnace is introduced.The skid altered both domestic and oversea conventional design logos since the 1970s,effectively solved a series of problems such as billet heating temperature disproportion,the low produce efficiency due to traditional skid’s defilade and heat absorbing action,and elaborated the slide way’s design philosophy,design feature and principles of operation.Production practice proved that mis new style skid design is of structure novelty,energy saving effect prominence,circulating stable and credibility,which can be widely applied with prevalence generalized sense.It is an ideal product to carry through practical exquisite article turns the strategy,change steel business enterprise economy increase,and act for traditional skid.
