【摘要】 提出了关于钢铁企业节能工作的几点建议,包括:以万元产值综合能耗为钢铁企业主要能耗指标,以吨钢综合能耗为辅助指标;节能技术项目的节约能源量或回收能源量不能代表其能源经济性,应当以系统节能的方法和载能体的概念来考察项目的能源经济性;对余热资源进行热力学评价,应当结合有限时间热力学分析的相关成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Some suggestions have been put forward for economize energy of iron and steel manufacturing corporation.Primary energy consummation index of iron and steel manufacturing corporation should use general energy consummation per production value,and energy consummation per ton of crude steel is assistant energy consummation index.The amount of saving or receiving energy of an economizing energy item isn’t its energy economic character.It is necessary to estimate energy economic character of tem with the concept of energy carrier and the method of systemic energy saving.The thermodynamic estimation for remaining heat energy source must combine analytic conclusion of finite time thermodynamics.更多还原
