【摘要】 转炉二次除尘在炼钢环保治理过程中十分重要。本文所述是一套二台布袋除尘器并联同时收集二座转炉二次烟尘的除尘系统。在长期的除尘实践中,该系统曝露出了除尘效率、电耗以及操作控制等一系列问题。本文针对影响除尘综合效率的系列问题,结合实际提出并实施了改造方案,经进一步优化后取得了良好的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is of great significance for convertors to dedust again in the process of steel making.The dedusting system consists of two bag dust collectors,and the collectors were connected in parallel to collect the second flue dust of the two convertors.However, after a long period of time,the system met such a great many problems as dedusting efficiency,electricity consumption and control etc.Some measures have been putforward and actualized to solve the problems mentioned above,and men the measures are proved to be feasible in prctice.更多还原
