烟气循环流化床(CFB)脱硫技术

【摘要】 本文介绍了循环流化床烟气脱硫技术、工艺流程和反应机理以及该技术在当前国内外的研发现状。将烟气循环流化床工艺和其它脱硫工艺进行了技术经济比较,结果表明烟气循环流化床脱硫工艺脱硫效率高,建设投资较省,占地面积较少,在能满足高品位石灰供应和妥善处理脱硫灰的条件下,具有较好的发展前景,尤其适用于中、小机组和老机组的脱硫改造。
【Abstract】 Circulating Fluidized Bed Flue Gas Desulfurization Technology,craft process and principle of the reaction mechanisms and its R&D status at home and abroad are briefly introduced in this paper.Comparing the CFB-FGD with other flue gas desulfurization technology on technique economy.The results show that the CFB-FGD technology has high desulfurization efficiency, less area and less investment in construction.In the condition of satisfying the lime supply and appropriate processing the ash from desulfurization,the CFB-FGD technology with a better development is applicable to particularly the medium and small machine and the old machine on desulfurization reformation.
