生物质型煤燃烧动力学研究
Study on Combustion Kinetics of Biomass Briquettes

【摘要】 应用综合热分析仪研究了不同种生物质燃料在不同氧气浓度和不同升温速率下的燃烧过程进行了动力学研究。实验结果表明,生物质燃烧过程明显分为挥发分和固定碳的燃烧阶段,木屑试样的E值最高;氧气浓度大于80%后,燃烧过程为挥发份和固定碳的混合燃烧,E值介于两阶段各自E值之间,A值高于两阶段各自A值;随着升温速率的提高,生物质燃料E值降低,A值逐渐增大。
【Abstract】 The combustion processes of three kinds of biomass briquettes in different concentrations of oxygen and different heating rates were analyzed by using the comprehensive thermal analysis instrument The results show mat combustion process of biomass obviously passes through two phases of volatile matter and fixed carbon.The wood sawdust sample has the highest E value.After the concentration of oxygen overtop 80%,the combustion process show a compositive phase,the E value is between which of the former two phases and the A value is higher;with the increase of heating rate,biomass show lower E value and higher A value.
